Don't let approximate technical choices permanently impact your site's performance!
< Our experts adapt to your organization to guide it towards optimal technical choices />
Relieve your teams on critical projects
Web performance coaching is relevant in many scenarios and adds value for all your teams, not just web developers.
Graphic redesign
We regularly support UX/UI teams with a user-experience-oriented approach. Designing an interface and its components, thinking about how visitors will interact with it, and anticipating their potential friction points is essential. We focus on the consequences of ergonomic choices in terms of web performance, accessibility, and more broadly, "best practices".
Technical refactoring
Our expertise allows us, following support on graphic mockups, to assist development teams in the technical refactoring phase. We help them make relevant choices regarding back-end and front-end technical stacks and ensure that implementations are based on the optimal tools, browser APIs, and technologies for web performance.
Third-party tool governance
We support marketing and product teams in selecting and comparing their third-party solutions. The addition of external scripts (analytics, a/b testing, widgets, etc.) is a major source of degraded loading times, so we help you assess their real technical impact. Together, we define an optimal integration strategy to reconcile your business objectives with maintaining impeccable web performance.

Who supports you on a daily basis ?
The coaching is provided by Eroan Boyer, founder of Agence Web Performance and web performance expert. He has been designing and developing websites since 2008, first as a publisher, then as a service provider, before specializing in web performance from 2019. He also worked at Contentsquare, a provider of a digital experience analytics solution.
This trajectory explains the scope covered. Recommendations cover both front-end, with CSS, JavaScript, images, and fonts, and infrastructure, with caching, hosting, and protocols. They cover CMS as well as modern JavaScript frameworks : WordPress, PrestaShop, Drupal, Shopify, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, and Nuxt.
The agency is certified Opquast Quality Mastery in Web Projects, at Expert and Advanced levels depending on the profiles. This certification guarantees a shared set of rules on quality, accessibility, security, and eco-design : recommendations never sacrifice one aspect for another, which is the classic risk of a purely performance-driven approach.
Expertise is maintained through daily technical monitoring and shared on this site, in about forty in-depth articles dedicated to Core Web Vitals, caching, protocols, and CMS. Your teams therefore work with a single point of contact, who follows your project from the first discussion to the acceptance of deployments.

Why seek support in web performance?
Making the right choices regarding stack, technologies, tools, or even interfaces is not easy. A wrong choice can have a lasting impact on a site's performance and require significant investment to correct. Being supported by experts ensures you choose relevant and sustainable solutions while empowering your teams to become more autonomous.
Should you prioritize support or training?
Training your teams in web performance is an excellent choice to ensure you master the fundamentals. With support, the focus is more on the concrete and operational aspects: we guide you and explain the reasons why a particular choice is justified or not. You thus learn "on the job" with the best school: the field.
How much does technical coaching cost?
Coaching is offered in the form of day packages, one-off or recurring, depending on the desired frequency of intervention and the size of your organization.
We can provide you with a quote upon simple request by email or phone.
What format does the coaching take?
We intervene remotely, via video conference, at a pace defined together: participation in your rituals (sprint planning, reviews…), dedicated work sessions, or on-demand requests.
The duration varies depending on your challenges: from a few weeks to secure a redesign to several months for a complete skills upgrade for your teams.
What is a web performance expert?
A web performance expert is a specialist in website loading time and responsiveness. They measure, diagnose, and fix what slows down a page, from the server to the browser. Their scope covers both front-end and infrastructure, whereas a front-end developer or a system administrator only masters one half.
It is this intersection that defines the profession. A degraded LCP can be caused by an oversized image, a slow server, missing cache, an unsuitable tag order, or a blocking third-party script : five causes spread across three different technical domains. Deciding between them requires knowing how to measure before fixing.
Expertise is recognized by three concrete signs: it relies on field data rather than a tool score, it quantifies the expected gain before intervening, and it names the target metric for each fix. A recommendation without a target metric is not an expert recommendation; it is a generic best practice.
Should you train your teams or outsource web performance?
Both meet different needs. Outsourcing addresses an existing problem in the short term; upskilling prevents it from recurring. Performance always degrades through accumulation, over the course of publications and deployments: without a trained team, the site relapses a few months after the intervention.
The decision criterion is the frequency of your production releases. If your site evolves every week, your teams will decide on its daily performance, not a one-off provider. Training then becomes more profitable than intervening, and support takes the form of skills transfer rather than a turnkey service.
In practice, combining the two yields the best results: an initial intervention to bring the site up to standard, followed by support that equips your teams and arbitrates major technical choices. The budget shifts from correction to prevention, which is cheaper in the long run.
When should you call on a web performance expert?
Four situations justify it: Core Web Vitals consistently in the red on field data, a redesign project at the time of technical choices, an unexplained drop in conversion, or an internal disagreement on the causes of a slowdown. The sooner is always the cheaper, particularly during a redesign.
The most profitable time remains the writing of the specifications. Choices of stack, hosting, theme, and templates commit performance for years: correcting them afterward costs several times the price of having made them correctly from the start. A few days of upstream support avoids a full optimization service afterward.
The most reliable warning sign is not a tool score, but the gap between what you measure and what your visitors experience. A good lab score with bad field data indicates a problem that standard tools do not show, and this is typically where an outside perspective becomes useful.
